- Determine the number of practice locations you have. You will need to purchase one membership per location.
- If you have ten (10) locations or less please go to step 1.
- If you have more than ten (10) locations, please email our team at support@engagetg.com.
Identify the procedure(s)
that you want to educate
your patients with.
Estimate the number of patients you would like to educate about those procedure(s) each month.
Select the membership that will best accommodate the number of patients you see each month for all of those procedures.

Number of monthly patients to educate with selected video journeys Monthly patients This is the number of patients each month to whom you send a video journey sequence from your web-based product portal, digital card with QR code, or automated integration with your practice management software. For surgical procedures, this includes the entire patient journey for that topic: from pre-consultation to pre-op and post-op and at-home care. For non-surgical procedures, this includes the entire patient non-surgical journey which usually includes Pre-Consultation, Pre-Acceptance, etc. depending upon your practice type and the procedures you provide. | 100 | 300 | 800 |
Patient video journeys Patient video journeys Silver membership includes your selection of a single (1) patient procedure “Journey” (see definition below). Both Gold and Platinum memberships include access to all current video journeys in your medical specialty’s content library for subscribers in good standing at either of those membership levels. Integration Engage will work with your practice staff to set up an appropriate integration. At time of membership, provide us with your PMS software vendor name and we can begin the simple integration process with your practice. As a definition, data integration involves combining data residing in different, secure sources (i.e., software databases) and providing users (your practice) with a unified view of them.
